How do I earn points?
There are plenty of ways to earn points with Republic Rewards. You’ll earn points every time you shop online, over the phone, or at any of our retail locations. You can also earn points by participating in select activities listed in the Earn Points
How do I check my points balance?
To check the balance of your Republic Rewards account, simply log into your account on the loyalty page. Click on "Republic Rewards" from the menu and your points will be displayed in the banner! (see an example below!).
How do I redeem my points?

Do my points expire?
Republic Rewards points will expire after 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive a notification 14 days prior to the expiration of these points so you don't lose them.
I just made a purchase. When do my points show up on my account?
Thank you for your purchase!. Your points will appear in your account as “Pending” for up to 7 days. After that, they’ll move to “Available” and you can redeem them however you like. If your points don’t show up after 7 days, our friendly ambassadors
