Why did I get a “canceled” email for my order when I didn’t cancel anything?Updated 25 days ago
If you placed an order shipping to multiple addresses, you may see a notification that your parent order was canceled. This can definitely look confusing, but nothing is wrong with your order.
Here’s what actually happened:
When you send items to more than one address, our system creates individual child orders for each delivery.
The original parent order is closed out so the child orders can process and ship.
Even though the parent order shows as “canceled,”
your child orders are active, processing, and will ship normally.
So your order has not been canceled — it’s simply been split into multiple shipments behind the scenes.
