Why did I get a “canceled” email for my order when I didn’t cancel anything?Updated 25 days ago

If you placed an order shipping to multiple addresses, you may see a notification that your parent order was canceled. This can definitely look confusing, but nothing is wrong with your order.

Here’s what actually happened:

  • When you send items to more than one address, our system creates individual child orders for each delivery.

  • The original parent order is closed out so the child orders can process and ship.

  • Even though the parent order shows as “canceled,”
    your child orders are active, processing, and will ship normally.

So your order has not been canceled — it’s simply been split into multiple shipments behind the scenes.
