After 30+ years of shipping food products all over the world we have heard a lot of crazy stories! Once someone had to chase after a racoon stealing his gift box! We take extra care so our packages leave our company ready for their trip to you or your gift recipient.
However, once in a while, our boxes get abused during their travels. If you open your box and something is wrong (bottles broken, candy melted, products missing, etc.), don't hesitate to contact us. We promise we will come up with a solution that works for you.
Lost packages

Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] or 800-206-6949 upon receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a gift card or refund, whichever you prefer.
