Help! My received order isn’t correct.Updated 16 days ago

If something is missing from your order or doesn’t look quite right, please reach out to us so we can make it right. Contact our Customer Experience team with your order number and a quick description of the issue, and we will take care of it from there.

Because our products are perishable, we typically do not require returns. In some cases, we may ask for a photo to help us better understand what happened and prevent it in the future.

We’re here to help and will work with you on a replacement, e gift card, or refund, whichever you prefer. 🍒
