We will seldom ask you to return anything. After all, it is food! On rare occasions, we may ask you to send something back or provide a photo to help us investigate and correct any issues.
If something does not meet your expectations or simply does not taste right, we will substitute a new product or give an e-gift card or refund, whichever you prefer. There is a no-questions-asked policy. Your opinion is what matters to us. One stipulation: all our foods come with cherries in them. No exceptions!
