If you're having difficulties applying a discount code to your order, we're here to help. Here are a few tips that might be helpful to you.
- If you received a discount code for signing up for SMS or our email list, these are one-time use codes that are unique per customer and the order must be at least $50 before shipping is applied.
- If you have a coupon that says that it is expired, please contact a service ambassador for a unique code- replacement via live chat (see the bottom of your screen), by email at [email protected] or phone 800-206-6949
- If you are attempting to purchase a product with a promotion (buy 3, get 1 free), these are typically set up to automatically apply in your cart when you add 4 of the qualifying items to your cart.
- If you are attempting to enter a sweepstakes or contest that you received an email about or saw on our social media channels, it is possible that the window for entry has closed. Please double check the email/post or reach out for clarification.
- If you received an email with an Early Bird offer, there is a unique code in the email that you can enter upon checkout. This is a one-time use code to a single address. Offer expired on 11/15/2024.
- If you received a catalog with a QR code for a discount off your first order, after you enter your email address you will receive a unique code in your inbox. Be sure you check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
