If you are interested in requesting a donation for your Michigan-based event or fundraiser, Cherry Republic requires you to complete our Donation Request Form. Please download, fill out, and return the form to us at [email protected] for review.

Upon receiving your completed form, we will forward it to the nearest retail location or the appropriate department for further consideration. Cherry Republic often provides donations such as gift boxes or gift cards for silent auctions, raffles, or swag bags.

We are thrilled to contribute to various causes and support our community. Keep in mind that we need a certain lead time for donation inquiries to be reviewed, so please send your requests as early as possible.
